Gravity Die-Casters is a privately held ISO 9001:2008 certified company specializing in the process of die-casting and machining of high precision aluminium components. In addition, we also contract manufacture SG Iron, Steel, Special Alloy Components by Machine Molding, Sand Molding, Investment Casting, MIM and supply a fully machined component to OEMs. We also take-up Assembly (Precision Springs, Sheet Metal Components, Aluminium/Steel/Iron Housings, Nylon Gears) and functional testing work.

GDC is a supplier of precision components and assemblies to several leading Automobile and Defence Sector industries in India. It has also supplied high-precision castings to several Textile and Industrial Process Control industries in India.

Our core competencies are in Mold-design and casting of non-ferrous aluminium based components using the Gravity Die-Cast and HPDC processes, Contract manufacturing of Investment Casting/Sand Casting components of SG Iron, Steel, Special Alloys, and in high-precision machining and allied assemblies with close to zero percent rejection rate.
